Habitat is a revolutionary plant diagnosis app designed to help plant enthusiasts and professionals maintain healthy plants through real-time, AI-powered diagnosis. The commercial webpage serves as a primary touchpoint for potential users, aiming to convert visitors into app users by showcasing the app’s features and benefits.
As the UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for creating a visually appealing and user-friendly webpage that effectively communicates the app’s value proposition. My role encompassed:
Designing the overall layout and visual elements
Creating wireframes and prototypes
Ensuring a seamless user experience and intuitive navigation
The primary goal of the webpage was to:
Drive App Downloads: Encourage visitors to download the Habitat app.
Showcase Features: Highlight key functionalities like AI diagnosis, personalized care tips, and plant tracking.
Build Credibility: Establish trust with potential users and provide a clear understanding of the app’s benefits.
Research & Insights
Conducted user research to identify pain points and preferences of plant owners.
Analyzed competitor websites to understand industry standards and opportunities for differentiation.
Wireframing & Prototypes
Developed wireframes to outline the page layout and user flow.
Created interactive prototypes to test navigation and feature placement.
In digital, I made Desktop, Mobile and Tablet versions of wireframes.
Visual Design
Designed a clean and engaging interface with a calming color palette and plant-themed visuals.
Focused on clear CTAs and easy navigation to guide users towards app download.
Also made sure the design is suitable to be designed responsive.
User Flow
Ensured that the user journey from landing on the page to downloading the app was intuitive and straightforward.
Included sections such as feature highlights, testimonials, and a prominent download button.
The final webpage features:
Hero Section: An engaging introduction with a compelling CTA to download the app.
Features Overview: Detailed sections highlighting the app’s key functionalities and benefits.
User Testimonials: Positive feedback from users to build trust and credibility.
